How to add Items to a Group
This is a important feature and allows you to group items together. The principle is that each Item is added to the database and if they are associated in some way, you bring them together in Groups.

For example: you might have a series that includes 5 Items. Each Item is added to the database - mainly because each Item can have its own condition, measurements, medium, etc. Groups are important because they let you bring the Items together.

Adding a Group
  • Go to the Item and click Groups. If there are no Groups, click Open all Groups and add a new Group.
  • Click the Items tab to look up the Items that form part of the Group via the Item ID.

Note:
  • You can have any number of Groups
  • You can add any number of Items per Group
  • An Item can belong to more than one Group
